What Training Looks Like with Advanced Dynamics Pitching
At Advanced Dynamics Pitching, our training is built around precision, performance, and long-term development. Each session is powered by TrackMan pitching technology, the most advanced pitch tracking system available. With TrackMan, we capture high-resolution data on every pitch thrown—measuring velocity, spin rate, movement profile, release metrics, and more. This allows us to pinpoint exactly what’s working and what needs to improve, turning every bullpen into a data-rich learning experience.
In addition to TrackMan, we use the Stalker Sport radar gun, which is widely considered the gold standard for velocity measurement. This ensures every speed reading is as accurate and consistent as what college coaches and pro scouts rely on.
After each session, athletes receive a customized set of drills tailored to the mechanical and performance goals identified in their bullpen. These drills are designed to reinforce key improvements and support continued development between sessions.
Parents and athletes also receive direct access to all TrackMan data, sent via text after each session. This comprehensive data package is incredibly valuable during the recruiting process, giving college coaches a clear and credible snapshot of a pitcher’s skillset and progress. From pitch metrics to video analysis, we provide the tools and information that help athletes stand out and succeed at the next level.
