Session includes:
Stretching and Mobility Work (8-10 Minutes)– Begin with full-body dynamic stretches to increase flexibility, activate key muscle groups, and reduce injury risk.
Warm-Up Throws (5-10 Minutes) – Progress through a structured throwing program to gradually build intensity and prepare the arm for pitching.
Bullpen Session with TrackMan (20-25 Minutes) – Bullpen session using the TrackMan system to collect pitch data and synchronized video for detailed performance analysis.
Mechanical and Pitch Adjustment (10-15) – Review TrackMan insights to identify areas for mechanical refinement and pitch development, then apply targeted adjustments.
Drill Review and Assignment (5 Minutes) – Based on bullpen performance, I will assign specific drills focused on reinforcing mechanical improvements and enhancing pitch consistency.

Full-Team Dynamic Warm-Up – Begin the session with a group-based dynamic warm-up to activate muscles, improve mobility, and prepare all athletes for throwing.
Individual TrackMan Bullpen Sessions – Each pitcher completes a bullpen tracked by TrackMan, collecting detailed data on velocity, spin, and pitch movement.
Individual Mechanical Analysis – Analyze each pitcher’s delivery using synchronized video and TrackMan metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Team Data Review and Strategies – For coaches, review cumulative data to uncover trends, refine pitch sequencing strategies, and optimize bullpen usage across game situations.
